“My husband and I first came across Karlo’s work after he had filmed our friends wedding. I hadn’t been able to attend the wedding but the film was so beautiful and personal and poetic that I felt like I had! A wedding film was quite late to our list of priorities but I kept reading that it was some couples biggest regret not to have one. We first came face to face with Karlo over a brief Skype chat as our baby was sleeping! He was very easy to talk to. The day before the wedding we picked Karlo up at the local train station. Honestly it was like picking up a friend we hadn’t seen for years! We had a small gathering of friends and family at our venue that night and Karlo seamlessly fit in with the gaggle of reunited cousins, tipsy friends and wandering babies. He is unobtrusive, calm and friendly. On the day of the wedding he worked wonderfully alongside our photographer whom he had never met before. Our films captured the location (Errol Park Estate, Perthshire) and our time with friends and family beautifully. We had no say in the editing or music and we were right to trust Karlo implicitly. We now have two wedding films (one longer that the other) and we will treasure them for the rest of our lives. Never did I imagine our videographer would be coming from Croatia, but no one else could do the stunning work that Karlo did. “
